Project Information

This recently built Regency style house sits on Spencer Park, a private park in Wandsworth with private mini woodland and tennis courts. We were introduced to the lovely owners by their interior designer.

What started out as repair work to wrongly installed basement tanking sparked the idea – “since we’re doing this, maybe we should also…”. “Also” soon morphed into an extensive refurbishment and comprehensive interior design change .

In this project we salvaged a considerable amount of wood floor, bespoke joinery, fireplaces and bathrooms. In addition we found a home for another stylish Modulnova kitchen with its Gaggenau and Miele appliances. We were tasked with remarketing almost all furniture in the house, some prior to refurbishment and some after refurbishment but temporarily used in the rental house.

Outside we found a new home for the fake grass, ideal for non gardeners but an environmental horror if sent to landfill. The imitation living wall also found a home in a project in St James’s.

This project was made all the more enjoyable by the fabulous summer.
