Campden Hill Court

A developer acquired a flat in this lovely apartment building just off Kensington High Street.

Having completed building works, his designer/architect filled the apartment with high end and bespoke furniture, artwork, fixtures and furnishings to enhance it’s kerb appeal.

On sale of the apartment, we were asked to assist in disposing of the unused contents. They had approached a well known Chelsea auction company who suggested modest results would be achieved for a handful of items they would be willing to sell. We were able to manage the disposal of the entire contents, including the bedding, curtains and decorative objects and provide the client with a significantly higher return.
