Notting Hill

A lovely house with a beautiful stucco front and a spacious interior.

The previous owner had combined period fittings with some far more modern touches.

In the basement the monolithic Modulnova kitchen was constructed from an ultra thin stone composite. The beautiful Dinesen floor is the same used in the Saatchi gallery and comprised 30cm wide planks up to 7 meters long and 3cm thick. The architect designed steel staircase was a challenge to take down and required 8 people to manoeuvre out of the house.

Elsewhere in the house, we recovered a large amount of bespoke joinery, wood floors, curtains, fireplaces, bathrooms and a few 19th century lamps.
